Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive from our clients. If you have a more specific question you do not see answered below, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Go to the customer portal at the top of the page. Follow the prompts and complete a new customer account. There is a space in the portal to upload your dogs vaccine information showing rabies, DHLP and Bordetella. If you are unable to upload your paperwork, call your vet and ask them to email it over to us. You can also schedule your dog’s 1st day in the portal. We want your dog to visit for 2-3 hours the first time. That allows us to get to know them and help them settle in. Once your dog passes his 1st day, you are able to come anytime.
We do like to have reservations for staffing purposes. It is easy to make a reservation in the customer portal or give us a call. We start to fill up in the summer or near holidays so it does help to get your reservation in early. We do take same day reservations for daycare and boarding if needed. If you get up in the morning and it is raining or cold, make your reservation and come on over.
Throughout the day we burn off energy by running around inside and outside, playing in the pool, and playing. Rain or snow we go outside! Our groups are supervised 24 hours per day by trained staff. In the afternoon, we calm the dogs down and encourage nap time without using kennels.
Of course, it depends on the dog, but daycare has benefits for all ages. Older dogs can spend more time getting pets from the humans and taking naps or they can continue their socialization and get in some playtime if they want. Daycare provides a change of pace for all dogs and can give them new places to smell and explore. Contact us to discuss if daycare is a good fit for your pup.
All you need to bring is your dog’s food and any medication they are taking. We provide the rest! We have cots, beds, and blankets so your dog feels right at home. We also provide dog bowls for their food and water.
Pre-bag each meal + treats in a zip lock bag. If you are staying more than 10 days, a large container is fine.
Boarding is $44 per night. No matter what time you drop off, it is the same price – let your dog play all day so they are worn out when it is time for bed! If you pick up after 11:00am on the last day of a boarding appointment, there will be an additional charge for daycare.
Head over to our Customer Portal and from there, you can request grooming appointments. Haircuts and Spas are only available with our groomer from Monday-Friday. Baths can be scheduled seven days a week. Appointments can also be scheduled over the phone or in person when you are dropping off or picking up your dog.
In order to get the best cut or trim, your dog must start out with a bath. Haircuts include a bath.
