At Fun City Dogs, the well-being of your dog is our highest priority. Leaving your pup in someone else’s care is a big decision, which is why we are committed to training our staff to ensure safety, attention, and compassion.
One of the ways we do this is through PackPro training, a leading training and staff management program specifically designed for the pet care industry. On a staff member’s first day here, we enroll them in PackPro and they start with a training video and quiz, throughout the first few weeks, everyone goes through and completes the training. It is a combination of videos, quizzes, and hands-on exercises. PackPro has even come out with new modules so we are able to learn even more as an experienced staff member.
